What lab tests do you offer?
We provide a wide range of diagnostic lab testing, including Comprehensive Metabolic Panels (CMP), Complete Blood Count (CBC), Thyroid Panels (TSH, Free T4, T3), Lipid Panels, Male and Female Hormone Testing, Vitamin and Micronutrient Testing, STD Panels, Drug Testing, and Allergy Testing (including food and environmental allergens). Whether you need routine blood work or specialized panels, we have you covered
Do I need a doctor’s referral to get lab tests?
No doctor’s referral is required. We offer direct-to-consumer lab testing, allowing you to take control of your health without needing a prescription or prior approval. Our licensed professionals will guide you through the process.
How long does it take to get my lab results?
Most lab results are available within 24–72 hours, depending on the type of test. Some specialty tests, like hormone panels or DNA tests, may take a bit longer. We provide secure access to your results via email or portal.
Do you offer at-home blood draws or mobile lab testing?
Yes, we do for home bound patients or individuals with limited mobility. Our licensed phlebotomists will come directly to your location, making lab testing more accessible and convenient. For questions please contact our office directly 219-836-5799

Our lab panels can help identify early signs of many health conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, heart disease, vitamin and nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, infections, and more. We also offer early prostate cancer detection through PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) testing. Routine lab testing is one of the most effective ways to monitor your health and catch potential issues early.
